Privacy policy

This policy covers the personal data collected through the forms on this site, the site measurement described under “Analytics and site measurement”, and the ask assistant. The forms are: early access (/early-access), build with us (/build-with-us), invest (/invest), and explore (/academy), plus the privacy request form where it is available.

Who we are

This site, synedrix.io, is operated by Giampiero Bonifazi, registered freelancer (ESX9704545V), who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Giampiero is the founder of AI-WORKFLOWS.DEV and can be found on LinkedIn. To make a privacy request, see Your rights.

What we collect

The four marketing forms all ask for your first and last name, your email address and your company's LinkedIn page. In addition: the early access form asks for your company name and, optionally, its website, and how you are interested in Synedrix OS (as a future user, a prospective co-founder, or an investor), which determines how your submission is handled. The build-with-us form asks for your LinkedIn profile, whether your interest is technical or commercial, and a free-text message about why you want to build with us. The invest form asks for your LinkedIn profile and, optionally, your fund or network and a free-text note. The academy form asks for your LinkedIn profile and which of three audiences you belong to (contributor, domain pack author, or exam candidate). Please do not put sensitive information in free-text fields.

For abuse prevention and rate limiting, form submissions also record technical metadata: submission timestamp, the referring page path on this site, browser user agent, and interaction timing (the time elapsed between form display and confirmation). Your IP address is used briefly in the server's memory to enforce a request limit and is not stored with your submission.

How it is used, by form

How submissions are processed. When you submit a form, our server checks it (required fields, spam and rate-limit checks) and sends it, together with the technical metadata above, to an automation workflow built on n8n. The workflow classifies the submission by form type and prepares a contact record from the details you provided. Email verification, data enrichment and creation of a CRM contact are prepared in the workflow but are not switched on; we will update this policy before enabling any step that involves another provider. Our workflow platform processes and stores form data within the European Union. Our website host, Vercel, receives your submission and forwards it to that workflow, and may handle it outside the EU while doing so. Submissions are not used for automated decisions about you.

Technical request metadata. Submission metadata (timestamps, page path, user agent, and interaction timing) is evaluated strictly to filter automated spam, enforce request limits, and provide routing context. It is never used for profiling.

What we use your details for. We use what you submit to follow up with you about the purpose of the form you used: to tell you about Synedrix OS and its launch, to reply to a co-founder, investor, contribution or academy enquiry, and to keep track of those conversations. How a submission is handled can depend on the form and, on the early access form, on the interest you selected. Academy submissions are reviewed for alpha access, which is limited to a small group at this stage.

Planned steps. We intend to store each submission as a contact record in HubSpot (our CRM) and to send a notification email with its details to info@ai-workflows.dev, so that it can be answered and tracked. We also intend to add email verification, enrichment with publicly available professional and company information, and a newsletter for people who register product interest. None of these is active today. Before we turn on any of them we will update this policy to name the provider and where it processes data, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time.

Analytics and site measurement

We measure how the site is used, in aggregate, with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights and PostHog (hosted in the EU, page-view events only). Vercel Web Analytics records the page URL, referrer, country, browser, operating system and device type, and a daily visitor hash that cannot be used to recognise you across days; Speed Insights records page performance metrics. Vercel may process this data outside the EU. These tools do not set cookies or store a persistent identifier in your browser, so we cannot recognise you across visits, and we do not build visitor profiles. We do not use session replay, and we do not use measurement for advertising.

The ask assistant is excluded from this measurement: your questions and the answers are never captured by analytics events or recordings.

You can opt out of PostHog at any time (we then store a small opt-out flag in your browser so the choice is remembered), and we also respect your browser's Do Not Track setting.

The ask assistant

Questions you send to the ask assistant are processed by our assistant service. The questions and answers, and any like or dislike score you give an answer, are stored in our tracing tool (Langfuse) to evaluate and improve answer quality. Please do not include personal or confidential information in your questions.

Retention

We retain submission data for as long as it is relevant to the purpose it was collected for, and delete or anonymise it on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ai-workflows.dev and we will reply to the address you write from, which we may need to verify before acting on your request. You can also stop PostHog measurement at any time with the opt-out control above.
