Early-stage investment conversations are open

Enterprises are building an AI workforce faster than they are building an operating model for it. As autonomous agents spread across departments, frameworks, and systems, the problem becomes organisational: who is accountable, how work is coordinated, where machine authority ends, and when humans intervene. The platforms that win will be the ones that solve that problem structurally, not as an afterthought. Synedrix OS is the governed operating layer for agentic business systems, self-hostable by design. The architecture is complete. The platform is in active development.

Most regulated enterprises in finance, healthcare, legal, and government cannot route business data through AI systems they do not control. Synedrix OS runs inside the customer's own infrastructure in every deployment mode, including air-gapped, on infrastructure that is open source wherever an open option exists. There is one recorded exception: the inbound event gateway (Hookdeck) is a managed service, and in air-gapped mode it is the single declared inbound path. That answers the first objection these buyers raise, which makes deployment sovereignty a distribution strategy as much as a feature.
