What is being built
Synedrix OS is the governed operating layer for agentic business systemsa reusable multi-agent operating system that any regulated business can deploy without building governance, orchestration, and audit from scratch for every project. The market it addresses is every enterprise that wants to deploy autonomous agents on real business decisions but cannot get past a governance and compliance review with a system that treats oversight as an afterthought.
The architecture is complete and documented. The platform is in active development. The founding team is forming.
We are building the layer between human intent and machine execution: where objectives become work graphs, machine authority is bounded by policy, consequential decisions return to humans, and outcomes become institutional memory.
Who we are looking for
Technical co-founder
- Experience building platform-layer infrastructure, not just applications.
- Deep familiarity with at least two of: multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, distributed systems, LLM engineering.
- Comfortable building on, and contributing to, open-source infrastructure.
- Has built and shipped production systems under governance constraints; regulated-industry experience is valuable.
Commercial co-founder
- Experience selling infrastructure or developer tools to technical enterprise buyers: CTOs, heads of platform, heads of engineering.
- Understands the difference between selling a product and selling a platform.
- Has relationships in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal) or high-growth tech companies.
- Aligned with the no-hype positioning: this is a category sell, not a feature sell.
Why now
The infrastructure (orchestration tooling, open-weight models, vector stores) has matured. Regulated businesses that want agents in production have to put them through a governance review first, and Synedrix OS is designed around that review from the start.
